I think eat very healthy foods at every time you SHOULD eat. breakfast, lunch supper. thats it. dont over eat. dont eat after 6:00 its bad for you. yeah drink lots of water..and go to the weight room and run on the treadmill for 10 minutes half speed, then walk fer 10 minutes. by the way..starving yourself DOES NOT make you loose weight...becuase when you starve yerself your body gets used to it and you just dont loose any weight...if you want to snack make a really healthy smoothie with no sugar added ect. stay away from bad foods.
Find your BMR and reduce it to a comfortable amount of food. Drink lost of water and excercise for at least 20 minutes 3-5 times a week. Type in "Finding your BMR" in google and they should have a calculator or something. All it does is tell you how many calories you can eat to not lose or gain weight. I would just reduce it to the amount that you think is the best.
Their is not a fast way of losing weight cause if you losse for example 10 pounds in a week I garantee you will gain it right back, because it's just not natural to losse that much weight in such a short period of time (unless you want to starve your self... I would not recomend that though...) the only advice I can give you is join a sport and try eating better with less quantaty, have fun doing it to ! I joined the swim club about 2 years ago and I was a little bit overweight .. know I am as fit as ever and I love it! just try spending half the time you spend watching t.v. and going on the computer into something fun an fit ( trust me you will find something you love if you try different things !!! P.S. and you can never say no to fit body!



How to lose weight really fast?
how can I lose weight really fast because I weight about 162 and I want tos it by summer/ spring please help me!!! I mean I dont really want to have to starve myself or barf after every meal but I will if I dont lose it fast. help?
