Don't be bulimic. It will cause you more emotional and physical problems than you have now. Try exercising for an hour everyday and eat healthy balanced meals. If you are seriously overweight, go talk to a doctor. If you are underweight, eat more. If you are normal weight, don't throw up.

judging by your picture you not fat.
I wouldnt force your body to lose weight for a few reasons .

one your 15 your bodys still growing and developing.
two it can turn into a serious problem.
id wait until you a little older. I bet you blossom into a beautiful young woman

just work out thats the best way to go. Benig belimic is stupid and trust me hun if you end up in the hospital from anerixia or from being belimic it dont feel to good and thats patetic that someone would do that.

you can't decide to just be bulimic or anorexic! they are serious mental disoreders. I can't beleive you! its not fun having an eating disorder you know! Just lose weight by eating less and exersizing. its not rocket science.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
