Webcam advice!

I am for a webcam for my computer and wanting a webcam that is simple to use and has excellent quality , what brand would you recommend?
Also with the webcam do you need to install a CD into the computer before activating the webcam?

Even though I do not own a webcam, I used to sell computer peripherals. Anything by Logitech would be a great choice. Yes, you do need to install the driver and software on CD before you start using it. Get a good deal on one at your local officemax. http://www.officemax.com
