You cant actually upload a website to the web you have to either rent out a server for your site or you have to use some other server like "Mad4gaming" using these pre render servers is probably your best option as renting a .net or .com server can cost upto £12 a month or in america it can cost $21

google: "web hosting services" or: "free web hosting services" there are many.
I'm assuming that you have, as indicated, already built your web pages.
If you have not, you need to first do this, either by hand (writing the HTML) or more easily, using the free program: Blue Voda Website Builder...download for free from
http://www.BlueVoda.com. This program looks and works like MS Word, or similar
office programs for word processing - but it writes and inserts all the HTML so you do not have to do all the code work. Also you ned to buy a domain name, whjich you can do from GoDaddy.com, or a plethora of other domain name vendors.

I don't think you can make a free online shop.

like all businesses you have to pay a certain fee. I tried to make a shope for my website (http://www.yamakitech.mad4gaming.net) But instead I had to make a download system on the site so people have to download their upgrades instead of looking at them via a shop window
