I had weak wrists to. This is the exercise I did. Take a Stick, tie a string in the middle of the stick and tie a rock to the other end of the string so the rock is dangling beneath the stick in the air and then keep rolling the stick till the rock meets the stick. As a example Its kind of like reeling in a fishing line. I hope I helped.
