It's just a lip piercing and instead of it being a ring it's a stud kind of like what you would wear in your ears.

its a lip peircing
you can choose between a ring and a labret
a labret looks a bit like an earring but it has a flat backing and a ball or spike that screws on the top
and it made from surgical steel
a lot of kids now call the labrets, studs as well
