How often should I water a dollar tree? And should the soil be moist?

If you mean a money tree, we water ours once a week. The soil should be damp, not necessarily moist...if it feels "wet" then you know you added too much water.

Not sure what a dollar tree is though, my guess is the rules would apply to that one as well, most house plants you want to water about once a week, unless the air is really hot & dry, then water a bit more often, depending on how the soil feels to the touch.
