Lol, uhm well it would be a lot of watermelon to eat, but I guess technically you could? You simply need a certain amount of water per day, so whether you get it from watermelon or from just plain water is up to you. Keep in mind though, you'll probably get full from water melon a lot quicker and so you may not get all the water you need...
RECENT RESERCH HAS PROVED, TO MUCH WATERMELON IS BAD FOR YOUR KIDNEYS...LOOK IT UP ONLINE...WATER IS GOOD...TRY DRINKING IT AT ROOM TEMP,AND NOT COLD YOU CAN DRINK IT a lot FASTER,AND THEIR FOR DRINK MORE THROUGH OUT THE DAY..DRINKING IT COLD IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR INTESTINS EITHER..SLOW YOUR METABOLISM...DRINKING IT ROOM TEMP SPEEDS IT UP...IF YOU DONT LIKE TAP WATER...JUST BUY WATER FROM THE STORE...JUST DONT REFRIDGERATE IT...TRY IT ITS EASY TO GET USED TO...A and YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONSUME THE 8-12 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY WITHOUT A PROBLEM...START WITH A HALF A GALLON A DAY...TO A WHOLE GALLON A DAY...YOU WILL SEE AND FEEL HOW IT IS HELPING YOURBODY...PEACE
