Hi!

Which Washington, the state or Washington DC? I've been to both, and they are both very different!

The state is very cool. Very liberal (at least where I was), beautiful thick green trees, very woodsy and cold. The people were super nice and the standard of living is pretty low.

Washington, DC is much more urban. There's a lot of history there, so it's cool to go to all the monuments and you can even see Congress in session!
