This is just a normal kiss otherwise known as a "french kiss" or a "snog". There is nothing slutty about it at all. Well yeah if you threw him down on the floor, pinned him down, wriggled on top and slobbered all over him, yeah that would be. But what you did was harmless. It doesn't always lead to sexual activities, because one or both of you have to have control of what you want and what you don't want. Remember you CAN say no!

Well...how old are you? If you're anywhere from 12-16 its illegal. So doing "it" would be unacceptable. Um, I think maybe he thought you were just caught up in the moment, you know playing it a little bit flirty since he's probably more experienced then you are. He may think though that you are willing to do other things... tongue is very intimate and he may have got the wrong message.
