Tip #1: Eat real food, don't be afraid to be full.
Tip #2: Understand that not only do you lose much needed nutrients & vitamins, when you eat less, but you risk illness, and throwing up your food. Can cause acid-reflux which can cause erosion of the esophagus, the eating away of the lining in your stomach. Which could also eat away the enamel of your teeth. Your body will whither away, and your bones will be easily breakable, in addition to that.. your hair will start to lose its vitamins and will thin or fall out. Anorexia causes multi-thousands of deaths world wide each year, but so little is done about it.. that it is not as known as things such as cancer or heart disease, but over 10 million people in America, die each year as a result or complication of an eating disorder.
Listen, I know you don't care what anyone says.. but when you are wasting away to a nothingness, and or are skin and bones.. you will wish you had gotten some help.
I am not trying to be mean, but unless you change your attitude, and come to the realization of the situation you find your self in, you will not be able to see the truth of you're condition, and the dangers that you face..
Anorexia and bulimia are life threatening eating disorders. They are not something people should play around with. I suggest you do some research on these things before you go around claiming you want to become them. If you think you have an eating disorder, then see a therapist. If you don't, then don't be silly.
If you actually want to lose weight without dying or doing permanent damage to your body :
-Drink plenty of water
-Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
-Avoid pig and cow meat
-Walk
-Eat small meals often to keep your metabolism going.
Not eating hurts you in so many ways.
Its so healthier to just do cardio and eat right.
Its not hard at all.
Not eating anything slows down your metabolism, and makes you gain.
So DONT do it.
Just concentrate on where you want your weight to be.
And buy clothes that are tiny and put them next to your normal size clothes so that you will be craving to fit into them
also drink tons of ice cold water...
and if your throwing up
then drink water before you eat,
and while you eat take small sips of water after a few bites.
and then when you are going to throw your food up stick your fingers as far back as you can... and if you gag keep them in... just kep them in until you puke...
have a lot more... but toomany tips.
I remember when I wanted to be anorexic...
I was 13 - like you.
I went on to google, searching night ad day for solutions on 'how to become'
but the reality is, you can't 'become' people are born with it and have to go to therapy etc to live it off...
I know, if I read this message a year ago I would've just scrolled down thinking 'tut - typical! no advice!' but please... I have a point
you have to eat. you just have to.
especially breakie - if you have someting healthy like smoothie or oatmeal etc, it gets your metabolism going, which increases the chances of you losing weight.
for lunch, make sure you fill urself up with something healthy too - tuna, chicken tikka wrap etc. this furthers your chance of losing weight if you stay fit through the day. (eg, walk everwhere)
dinner - maybe bring it down to a small sized portion becasue you might not have the chance to work it off after 6:00pm. you can allow yourself to a bigger portion if you want to go on a short walk after dinner.

stop eating,everytime you eat, feel really guilty, call yourself names...then run off to the bathroom and throw up...
another option is...
go, get a gun, and save yourself the time and hassle..
just pull the trigger. saves a few years..

eat healthy darlin, stay strong.
if you eat 6 meals a day... not neccesarily big, it could be really small meals, but still, that fools your body's metabolism & you loose more weight that way.

Hun, Anorexia is a mental disorder. I've had anorexia/bulimia for 2 years now, and it is NOT something to be proud of. it is not fun. not in the slightest!
Eating disorders are hell to go through.
Also, when you restrict yourself (Or not eat anything) You will crave food, and probably end up binging.
You can not ''choose'' to be anorexic. Anorexia controls you, turns you into a b**h and makes you hate everything.
The scales become your best friend and your enemy.
This is such a complex illness, wich clings to you for life.
Do NOT go down this road, as you can't go back.
If you have an eating disorder, I will support you, however, do NOT inflict this on yourself.!!!

How can I be and stay anorexic?
