well im into losing weight myself and its been hard but I hope this helps what I have learned is that if you stay away from all the junk food ull be fine and you should be losing weight but slowly if you really want to make a bif diff you got to want it bad like play basketball with ure friends or run at the park and make sure you dont get dissapointed it takes a while in 2 months I've lost 20 pounds so you should be alright =)
Walking never hurts.
Avoid junk food, drink water. Sodas will cause you to gain mass. Consider doing other exercises besides walking, too. Situps, Pushups, walk up and down stairs, etc. There's a lot of things you can do around the house to get/stay in shape.
You'll lose weight, your legs may tone a bit. Consider getting small weights, you can walk with weights in your hands, or get the ones that strap to your wrists, than way you can do a little upper body tone while you walk. You're doing it anyway, why not multitask it?

Walking for 60 minutes.
If I walk for 60 minutes a day and eat around 1200-1400 caloires a day (healthly foods)
Will I lose weight? Or get toner?
