Wacked neighbor

So the guy next door to me is either a anti social hermit, or he is in the witness protection program or my true suspcition...he is choppin bodies in his basement. Here is my proposal: when we first built next to him, we got aquainted with his alarm in...

his basement. it sounds like a group of attack dogs combined with someone playing the tuba. this alarm goes off if we even so much yawn on our deck. so one day we asked him about it. he became so angry and denied his weird alarm and said he didn't even know what we were talking about. the next day he called us over to his yard and stood face to face with us about 10 inches away and told us that he didn't want anybody to know about that alarm we heard. ok...so of course then we start asking the other neihbors if they hear it and they agree that he is strange. So his back yard starts to grow weeds over into ours which pis us off so my fiance goes over to ask him to do something about it and while knocking on his front door he notices he is being watched through a series of different angled cameras. there is also sensors surrounding the door mat he is standing on and a two way mirror facing the front door so if he were to look out his window he can see behind the person who is standing at the door. also he has removed all of the door handles. only deadlocks are present. no one answers the door so my fiance leaves a polite note regarding the weed growth. the next day the neighbor comes over in hysteria telling my fiance to NEVER come over to his house again and mind his own buisiness. So another weird thing. he only uses the garage for entering and exiting his home. check this out: so when he pulls his van into the driveway he gets out and locks his van immediatly. then he lifts his garage door up to open it then unlocks his van and pulls it in. who locks their vehical just to get right back in and pull it into the garage? ?? who??? weird... anyway...he tarps and foils his basement windows so you can' t see in and now recently I have noticed he has placed home made bars on the inside of the tarped windows. I know he did it at night so nobody would see in the windows while he worked on them. there is a small small crack in his kitchen curtain that I have looked into with a pair of binoculars because I can see this patterned something. my curiosity overcame me and I couldn't hold back anymore. I had to find out what these polka dot things were. well...turns out they are egg cartons stacked up against the refigerator. from the floor to the top of the fridge! what the heck? so we thought he had a growing operation. we called the DEA. they have been reserching him and think something is going on but pretty much ruled out the drug issue. so what do you think? I am scared of him. I have been out in my front yard the same time he has once and so I gave him a curtosy smile and said hi...he did nothing but stare at me. he is so wacked. I think he is choppin bodies. In fact, there has been about 4-5 serial killers pulled off of the area I live in over the course of 20 years. every serial killer lives next to somebody. what do you think?

Ohhh wierd ... I think the police should be checking out his basement for a start. Has no one read of that sick bastard who kept his daughter in the basement and had 7 kids with her. Im sure he doenst have his kids in there but who knows what hes got going on in there. Sounds like he could have a mental problem. With the cameras etc bi-polar people can think someone is after them. Its part of the bi-polar desease. It is not ok to have cameras looking into your yard home etc and I cant believe anyone would say otherwise. Call the cops and get him checked out. If they wont do anything get a petition from the neighbours so the cops know your serious.

if your THAT concerned about your neighbor then move. you said he was there first, so find somewhere else.
maybe if you didnt concentrate on his creepyness you wouldnt be so paraniod. live you life and dont worry about things too much

well our houses were being built at the same time. We moved in maybe a day later. I understand what you mean its just hard to deal with the fact that you feel run out by your neighbor. We love our home and we have worked very hard on it to make it our serene palace. I just wish law enforcement could do something but unfortunately they can't. they have to wait for something bad to happen or have reasonable cause. whatever though. And easier said than done. we try not to worry about what he does but when the whole neighborhood is comming to us with concerns its hard not to. they only come to us because we live next to him. we are the only family on the street without kids. so I feel because my fiance is a well respected man in this city with a little bit of power I think thats why they come to us. I think the creepy neighbor should leave. move to a dumpster or somewhere

I don't like having photos of me and my family taken in my own backyard by my weird neighbor. beside he has video of everything we do in our front and back yard. so I have a problem with that. how would you like it? I can't even sunbath because his cameras are facing right into my yards...myFENCED BACK YARD.
