Volleyball help, how to make a good first impression?

So spring practices have started for my highschools volleyball teams. And last year I was on the freshman team(sophmores can be on it) and I want to make a good impression and really want to make jv any advice and good advice

-be on time for practice!
-do everything full out
-follow though on your movements
-be cheerful...smile
-show the coaches you're a team player...not an individual
-work your butt off every day.

try going to some volleyball camps, and like she said be on time, dont cut anything short always give it your best until you cant give anymore. always smile and be a leader and do as your coaches say and get along and talk to everyone! show your a team player

normal stuff like b there on time
b a gud sportsman ...

and den dont forget the simple stuff like
hand and feet positions when you dig etc ...
