I'm curious why you're asking this question? If you've been trained the subject you know that you have a far greater chance of being violent if your parents were violent. Not only do you inherit genes that predispose you to being violent, but you have also learned violence as a method to solve your problems.
"men who observed violence towards their mother were three times more likely to be abusive than men who had not observed such violence" (Strauss et al., 1980).
Answer this Question: "Violent parents, how will this impact me?"
