Does anyone know what to downlaod that is FREE and actually works if you want to make a MP4 video into a WMV video?

you can try handbrake or mediacoder. both are free.

May be SUPER can help you, but I'm not srue. Besides, http://media-convert.com is a free, online converter. But I really disappointed with my network performance.
