Is there a video camera that can do all this?

is there a video camera that can function as a normal camera, a thermal imaging camera, and a night vision camera all in one? and take still pictures too?

I am not aware of one that can do all you want. Thermal imaging is a special kind of camera that usually costs several thousand dollars. However, even the cheapest USB camera that is made for a PC can do stills and video. As you get up into the higher priced models there can be the option for "night vision."

However, if you switch to a regular camcorder you can get everything except the Thermal imaging in one unit.

I paid about $600.00 for my Sony handicam.
