Vicodin (brand name) is a hydrocodone aceta combo--it's literally an opioid pain reliever. The length any drug stays in your body depends on your current health status (and history). Generally speaking this particular drug has a minimum (can be much longer) two day detection period in urine, less than 12 (usually) hours in the blood, and around 90 days in hair. It all depends on how your body can react to this medication. If you're using Vicodin for recreational use I certainly hope you'll get treatment and stop doing so ASAP. In this country, Vicodin is classified as a sched. III drug. -S
