there are ways outside of her chain of command to seek help and are completely necessary if the chain of command isn't working. check if she has talked to her 1st Sergeant or her Supervisor's supervisor, maybe even the squadron chief, then there is always the EO flight that should be at the Airman and Family Readiness detachment, and she can file an official complaint and inform them of the lack of intervention by her chain of command if she has exhausted those possibilities.
It's a serious issue and should be taken to Counselors and as high up as she needs to take it if her immediate chain of command isn't responding necessarily. Squadron commanders and supervisors can lose rank for stuff like this.
This has been a post by Phalkonus, because for some reason I got disabled? Wth? Thanks leah for chillin in the next chair over.
But yeah, got to nip this kinda problem in the bud, supervisors that neglect like that have no business being supervisors and need to be handled with disciplinary action as well.

Transfers to return to america before deros date?
My friend is stationed overseas at Kadena AB. She is being abused by her husband thankfully he is returning overseas without her. But her chain of command is treating her horribly and she is considering killing herself.
I need to know
What types of...
PCS/Transfers are there available to her so she can return to america before her DEROS date? My wife did due to hardship but she can't remember what it was called. It wasn't humanitarian reassignment.
If anyone has any info as to how she can get the hell out of there before that chain of command erodes her please answer
