What are speed drills for fastpitch softball pitchers?

My daughter is a high school senior and a fastpitch softball pitcher. She has dropped about 35 lbs over the last year by getting in better shape. She has also lost a few MPH on her fast ball, which seemed to increase every year except the past one. ...

Is that common?
Can her velocity return? Can you recommend any speed drills to help?

Hi,

Well I'm sure the weight loss has something to do with the speed lost. Think about it, she has less weight to put behind her pitches.

well have her pitch her hardest doesnt matter about acceracy at this point it will come. Just have her flip her wrist and throw her body towards u
