I've been vegetarian my whole life, but let me tell you, it's very hard to get in everything that you need. You should keep eating the chicken! Red meat is very bad for you, but chicken is very lean and full of protein. Unless you enjoy tofu, and soy. It's very very hard for me to get in the amount of protein that I need a day, which is VERY important.
Vegetarian?
please help me..im thinkin of going vegetarian..and really the only meat I eat rite now is chicken..
but what are sum really easy meals I can make w/o any meat?
have any advice for me?
