there are different kinds of veggies, some eat fish, others don't. some eat dairy, others don't...

just depends, but either way, you need to look into still getting all the nutrints you need from other sources...

being veggy dooesn't matter, its about the quality of stuff that you put in (like soya is V V high in ALL the essential amino acids the body needs)

I tried the veggie thing and it doesnt work for me. I love hambugers and steak too much! I ahve a friend who is vegan meaning she eats NOTHING that comes from and animal. That includes eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt...ice cream. I have another friend who is a veggie and she eats fish, milk, cheese, ice cream etc, but no chicken, red meat, duck etc.

There are different levels of being vegetarian I think. I'm vegetarian and have been since I was six or seven years old. I don't eat any fish or seafood but I know many vegetarians do.

no
real vegetariand dont eat any leat
a fish is an animal, its got veins, blood, it breaths, its made of meat
the colour of its meat doesnt change the fact that its an amimal
so no
but nowdays theres a lot of new age versions of everything
so probably some new trend diet thing that has recently came along
