Hey all,
Im looking to make some vegan cookies...for the first time. I was wondering does any one know of any substitutes for eggs and butter in the recipe? Cheers

this is my recipie if you want to try it l8er

1 box cake mix, any flavor
1 cup margarine
egg replacer equivalent of 2 eggs (Ener-G works best)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
PREPARATION:
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Refridgerate dough for at least a half hour. This will help it firm up.

Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cookies will be soft and chewy.
