depends what you mean by vampires.
there are people that drink blood etc.
but most people believe in real vampires...like the ones in the movies.

I'm not sure about this, but I don't think no one knows what out there for sure. There might be vampires there might not be. Some people believe in them and some people don't.

vampires are not real; however, there are people out there that act like vampires and think that they are vampires. The flying bat, and melting in the sun type of vampire is not at all real.

no one knows for sure there are vampire bats which are real bats that suck blood but as far as the human immortal blood sucker well I believe anything is possible

Vampire bats are a real animal that do indeed drink (or actually lap) blood.
A human that likes the look ( ?? an extreme goth type ?? I just don't know) of the vampire genre and imitates the movies - real.

A human that has supernatural abilities - false. At least until proven otherwise.

Believing or not believing doesn't make something real (or false).

There are other forms of vampirism such as feeding on someone's energy or lifeforce(chi) - which is called a psychic vampire.

I believe in them. If you all have read Twilight, then you would agree with me. I mean, seriously. You never know who is walking around your school and is a vampire at this very moment...like I said, you never know. Anything can be possible. And I believe it's possible that vampires are real. So are werewolves that turn into humans.
