Canon powershot has black screen

Heyy
I have a canon powershot a310 camera...it was working just fine before...bhut now..when I turn it on..dha screen is black and purplish white...and it still flashes the picture...bhut itsz nuffin but blackk when I go bakk 2 look at it...helppp...

pleasee I need this camera 4 2morrow..and if you noe...step by step info on how to fix it pleaseee !!!

I think your LCD might have went out. did you drop it recently or put it close to a magnet like close to a speaker or a television or a computer monitor? you might have to replace the display. it would probably just be more cost effective to buy a new one. is it still under warranty?
