What makeup will make me look better with my hair up?

Everytime I put my hair down I look very pretty but when I put it up I dont. I was just wondering if there is any makeup tips that could help me out. And Also I have a brown skin complection and I have big eyes

I know a lot of tips. If you have brown eyes, never put any sort of brown colorish eye shawdow on and if you have blue eyes never put bluish eye shawdow on. First its better not to use a pencil eyeliner because it fades use the other kind. You should put the eyeliner of both the bottom and top. For eye shawdow I use a white color and mix it with silver with some sparkles. It's a really good mix. dont use cheap mascara, avon is better to use. I dont use an powder or anyything unless you have a mark you dont want to show because it sometimes breaks you out.
