Having unprotected sex without ejaculating inside her is called "the pullout method". This method is reported to be 98% effective in preventing pregnancy, the other 2% is if some sperm is in the precum. The method is rated highly depending on if the man exercises control when having to pull out in time. Some men in the heat of the moment may forget or get tempted to continue, then the method becomes faulty therefore decreasing the effectiveness. If both you and your partner are clear of any STD's and HIV/AIDS then this method is appropriate depending on your will power.
