Under eye bags

You could also try holding tea bags on them for a bit, or sliced cucumbers.

get enough sleep, obviously. then in the morning hold a really cold (nearly frozen) spoon to the bags and just put it on for a few minutes and then use concealer. it really does work if it's done right.
