Talk to family and friends. I know everyone says that but it honestly and truly does help. I had problems too but then you have to honestly think and rationalize that this isnt the right thing.

It doesnt solve any problems and all you're doing is hurting yourself more and
making things worse.

Take your sadness and anger and pain out on other things.

I dance and sing and listen to loud music. Exercising helps me too, and drawing and painting helps.

I wont believe that you are ugly or fat or that no one wants you around.
Be positive and try your hardest.

Because everything will be ok in the end, and if things arent ok then its not the end yet.

Good luck, you can do it.

Believe in yourself :]

NO, you do have a choice, decide that you dont want to feel that way anymore,,dont stress your self out so young,at your age you have a whole life that needs to be lived, you did what you did now its time to move on,maybe it is going to take some time to be ableto expierence feeling completly up to par,be patient, dont over think things, find things you enjoy doing, and indulge your time in to that...REMEMBER..you always have a choice.look you can put all your effort into not doing those type of things now..while your young,or continue to stress your self with these issues, and worry your loved ones...TELL YOURSELF THATS IT I DONT WANT TO BE LIKE THAT ANYMORE...AND IT STARTS NOW...AND I BET YOU WILL BE THINKING AND FEELING BETTER,IN NO TIME AT ALL...(IT TAKES MORE ENERGY TO BE SAD THEN TO BE HAPPY) THINK POSITIVE,LIVE POSITIVE,AND YOUR LIFE WILL CONSIST OF POSITIVE THINGS...AND A LITTLE PRAYER NEVER HURTS...YOU CAN DO IT...PEACE

This sounds like allot of depression in your life and, I would recremend seeing a counselor or someone that your real close too.
I don't think that you need to say that your fat and no good for nothing and, Heavenly Father put you here on earth for a reason so you need to utilize that privelidge. You have allot ahead of you.
So, seek a counselor, or if you go to church, talk to your youth Pastor or another leader. Stop cutting yourself, and, also, try thinking about happy thoughts, like, read a book, go for a walk, or maybe you have a favorite TV show that you watch, read the bible, go to church, things like that.
My prayers are with you, so, do the right thing, and, god bless.

You probably can't do it alone. The best solution is probably a counselor or therapist.

Talking to family or friends might be out because you are a "private" person and don't want them knowing that much about you.

An alternative, if you are honest with yourself and your communications, is to select an Advisor, or two, and Fun Mail them. Use them as sounding boards where you can vent your emotions and frustrations. The Fun Mails are private and I think most Advisors would keep them confidential. And, you don't really have to worry about your private space being exposed because you are basically anonymous on this site. It's not like any of us could come and pick you out of a crowd.

You really do need help and communication with someone in answer that may help you and give you much comfort. But, you must take the first step and open up to someone.

Good luck,

Ted
