Cosuming foods with high calorie, carbohydrate, and fat content can all cause you too gain weight if you are not burning those calories and carbs off. So yes, bread, cheese, peanut butter, pasta, cream sauces, candy, chips, etc. are foods that can add weight to someone. However, if you start binging on these types of foods and not exercising to burn it off you will start to notice weight gain most likely, but it will not just all go to your butt. Your body does not store fat on only one part of the body; butt, thighs, tummy, arms...wherever, will plump up too. There are a few exercises you can do to lift, tone, and increase the muscle mass of your tush and these can be found all over the net. Search for these types of exercises online and you will have found a healthy way to make that booty more curvy! Good luck
