Something you need to understand is that when something is sold as a drug the company has to produce evidence that it is effective and safe. When a product is sold as a supliment it stays on the market until it is proven to be unsafe.

Products like this big doses of stimulents. Back before it was outlawed ephedra was popular but too many people died from those products so now the main ingredient is caffeine. Cylaris is basically a caffeine pill with B vitamines and a few other things that probably won't help. Caffeine itself can reduce hunger pangs and increase your energy level when you feel draggy from dieting but I doubt your pills will work any better than drinking a cup of coffee or drinking a diet Coke or Mountain Dew.
