Turned 13 still not hit puberty

ok im just turned 13 and I still havent hit pueberty is this really late or just normal also can guys only c*m after they have hit pueberty please help

ok~ dont worry bout not hititng puberty yet because 13 is still really young, some girls dont even finish with puberty until their 18 so you got plenty of time. We all develop at different times, and our bodys all work differently. Im assumeing you in 7th or 8th grade possibly because your 13? Well, I remeber when I wa sin 7th grade and I was pretty flat chested, and I hadnt started my period until november of my 7th grade year. Usually for girls when they start their periods is when they hit puberty. Im now in 10th garde and im 16 and most people consider me big chested. SO dont worry about it, it took me from 7th garde till now, and when the time is right youll go through puberty!~ and yes... when guys hit puberty thats when they start cumming

I'm assuming your a guy, however this may apply to women too. While many guys hit the mark early on, several lag behind by months or years, even until like 15 or 16 years old. So don't feel bad, and most guys don't c*m until after the testicles develop (part of puberty)

I had a friend who only hit puberty when he was 19. His pen!s was still small and hairless when he was 18.

It's fine. it probably means you're going to stay young-looking when the rest of us are looking old and crusty.

Yeah same here it's very embarrasing. I turned 13 just a month ago and I still haven't grown pubic hair but my voice has changed and some other part have but I haven't grown hair yet please awnser or help me find out why this is happening
