Tuna casserole

What do you put in a tuna casserole to give it that extra crunch? My grandmother puts potato chips. Is there another way to do it? Apart from macaroni and tuna fish (the basic ingredients) what else could you add to make it perfect? Are there different...

I usually just use pasta, a can of tuna and a can of cream of mushroom soup. I've never had crunchy tuna casserole, I'll have to try that.

I would do a search on allrecipes.com I love that website.

My family has made the casserole with potato chips for years, and I honestly didn't know anyone else did that. Awesome. Always loved it, for that matter.

At one point, my sister would make it and experimented by putting (I think) peppers and spices into it. Not quite my cup of tea, but others liked it. It offered a new way of doing it anyway.
