How do you get rid of them...I know its not cramping b/c I just got off my period and I know I'm not pro b/c I'm still a virgin

you could drink something like Ginger ale.
or try eatting somthing small like crackers.

it's probably gas if its where your cramps usually are, push on your stomach till you feel bubbles pop then push and out will fly a fart lmao!!! sorry it just made me laugh the way I said it, but trapped gas does hurt bad!
