I am 24, and have belly fat from having my child 5 1/2 years ago. I am also on the depo (birth control) shot, and that also makes you gain. I only have fat on my belly. I have tried diet pills and such, but nothing seems to work. I cant eat healthy....

Because of my job, it's fast food everyday. Anybody have any ideas to help?

do LOTS of situps and crunches. bring some veggies with you to work to eat, and make up an excuse so your boss doesn't get offended. also do some running, some pushups, and weight lifting every day. like 10 pushups, 20 situps, 20 crunches, and 10 minutes of running. once this gets noticeably easier, multiply by 1.5, so there's 15 pushups, 30 situps, ect. continue doing this until you lose your baby fat. hope dis helps

Speaking from experience, it's not that you "can't" eat healthy, it's that you have chosen not to. You are the only one that puts the food in your mouth. No one forces you to eat anything. I was a manager at a fast food restaurant and actually lost weight while I worked there. I didn't eat the food there, I took my own. I chose not to eat the unhealthy fried stuff.

I have been fighting the weight thing ever since an accident laid me up. I finally realized that I had to quit blaming the wreck and saying it was the cause of my weight gain and admit it was what I was eating that was doing it.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to take control of yourself. Eat healthier. Pack your lunch and take it with you. Have a salad without all the extra junk they put on them. And exercise. You have to get up and get moving.

I have really had to struggle to lose weight because of my injuries but I've done it. I went from 210 down to 141 as of this morning. I have a weight loss forum so I have tons of tips and ideas. If you want any of them just funmail me and I'll help all I can.

You can't eat healthy? Do you live in and work at a McDonalds that's not close to civilization? And do you have no mode of transportation? Prepare your own meals at home. To say you can't eat healthy is a cop out.
