or you could be a vegan or vegetarian cause the are always skinny cause of the things they eat.
It would take awhile to loose 70 pounds. You need to take small steps. Start eating healthy. Exercise. Don't eat anything past 7 pm. Go for lots of walks. Stop drinking beverages with sugar. Too much sugar in-take is not good for you anyway. Drink water and avoid juices, teas and soda. Hope this helps

How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

'How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?'
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
'What should a minimum calorie intake be?'
As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.
Average Teenager Weight
well you can do fast food and junk food, still just smaller amounts, instead of the big mac meal try a cheeseburger meal or a double cheeseburger kids meal, also, eating the burger w/ out the bun takes off a lot of calories. just look at the calories in everything and try to limit your self to about 1400 calories or somewhere around there. salad itself is very low in fat but you have to be careful w/ the dressing. fruit and veggies are a nice snack too. 100 calorie packs help you keep on track too. also eat your food slowly, because it take a half hour for your stomach to send the signal to your brain that its full.
exercise helps but find something easy or something you like doing because its very hard to keep up something you don't like doing, eating is all about habbit. once you get used to eating what you eat its hard to get out of that routine, but you can do it and when you get in the new routine it will be a lot easier.

Ok so I've been overweight since like 2003 and I'm sick of it. Before 2003 I like used to be normal weight until I started eating fast food. I couldn't stop since I tried it and now I weigh 194 and I'm 13 years old. I hate being made fun of at school and having people giving me dirty looks whenever I go somewhere. I just want to be healthy and my doctor said I could die when I'm about 30 years old due to complications of obesity I'm guessing. I just want to be healthier and thinner and do something good for myself for once. So I want to loose like around 70 pounds, how long do you think that will take? I don't want to loose it really fast and I don't want to loose it really slow. I want to loose it I guess in the middle of the school year it will have to be. My dad is loosing weight and he is like a pro at it. Any tips or advice on how my diet should be? And what should I eat because of course the only things I like is junk and fast food.
