Trouble with mp3

Im trying to get videos on my mp3, but I can figure out how to do it, I have a philips mp3, and it installed a media converter but I can get it to work, and it says its downloaded from my windows media center, and when I go to view my pics and vidoes...

it shows it on there, however on my mp3 its not there, im wanting to put a music video on there and im downloading but im afraid I wont be able to get it to work. anybody know anythin will help me

I droped myon purpose then it worked lol I dont recomend sorry
