Did anyone else hear travis barker was in a plane crash?

Ohmigod, Travis from Blink 182 was in a plane crash DID ANYONE HERE ABOUT THAT! He's in the hospital right now.

DJ AM suffered bad burns to his head/face and hands. Travis suffered 3rd and 2nd degree burns on the lower half of his body. He's had surgeries and is trying to stay positvie throughout this. DJ AM has been released from the hosptial *as of yesterday*. The 4 who died were the pilot and co pilot, and travis' assistant and one of his body guards. They are both expected to make FULL recovers. They escaped the plane by jumping and sliding down the right wing. They then tackled one another to put of their flames *they were on fire since they were in the burning plane*. They're super lucky to have made it... and it's great they're going to be ok.

TMZ Update: TMZ has learned Travis Barker has been burned from the waist down, but he is expected to survive the plane crash. DJ AM's face was severely burned and is being tended to right now. We're also told the tragedy is all the worse because one of the passengers who died, Chris Baker, Travis' assistant on "Meet the Barkers," was married recently and has a new baby.

oh thats so sad. poor baby, I feel really bad for Chris Bakers wife and new born.

9/21/08: Just heard both are in critical but stable condition - both expected to recover - from a news conference by their Dr's.

9/26/08: DJ AM has been released from the hospital in Georgia and is reportedly on his way back to Los Angeles. His rep released the following statement, "Adam Goldstein has been released from Doctors Hospital. While he is deeply saddened by the events, he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends world wide. We ask that you continue to respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends".
