Hi,

I would definitely bring a hat and some thick-soled shoes. Also, bug repellent would be a good idea, but with the airline restrictions make sure you pack it.

This website generates packing lists based on your travel accomodations and the weather of wherever you're visiting. It's quite nice.

Asia is a very big continent so it would depend on where youa re going in Asia. Some countries are more developed then others. You can find most evrything in most asians countries but some countries are a health risk so you should get informed and ask your doctor.
