I was on the wrestling team and help out football(water girl)...all the really good guys run a lot and just get in the weight room, all the time!...and eating right helps in everything!....so het the track, weights, and the veggies..and get some sleep!..and it's football so play all the time...even on your days off!



How can I train for football?
I Am Going To Try Out For Football This Coming School Year. I Know How To Play, And All The Extremely Athletic Kids Say I Am Really Good At It. I Would Like To Know What I Should Do So I Am In Good Shape And Not Slow Poking It On The Field.
