Train station tickets help

I bought tickets online for my boyfriend saturday, ask them to be sebnt for a 5£ next day deilvery it is now monday, still havent reseiceve ticketsa, train leaves tuedays morning, post comme later on a tueday where he lives,
So he wont be recieveing his tickets in time, what do I do I do?

Could I ring them and ask them to chnage it to a later time due to havent recieve tickets yet?

Help confussed ;l since I've paid for these tickets..

never take a fuc*kin bus I payed for one
and a later date a month!!!
then when the time came I got there waited for 7 hours and then the bus came super fuc*kin late
and when it got there it was full no room and the next bus didnt come intell 2 days later so I was stuck there for allmost 3 days with a ticket I got a month in addvaise
or whatever how you spell it lol
