Too old to take ballet?

I am 19 years old about to be 20 and really want to get in shape. I take yoga and excersize,but I REALLY want to dance. I was wondering if 19 or 20 is too old to start ballet lessons?

Nah, age doesnt matter at all...they have classes for all age groups ...
and 19 is still pretty young

girl, you have aton of life ahead of you, SPEND IT WISELY and THE WAY YOU WANT TO. it sounds like you want to a lot, so just go for it!

nope, your not too old
you can never really be too old for anything!
just remember its going to take lots of practice
and youll also have to spend lots of time stretching before and after
and by the end of it youll also be a lot more flexible

no way man. your still young. do what you want. you can prob still join when your old as long as you do what you want with life

no way!! I used to the think the same until I started a month or go. its fairly easy to pick up and yes there may be others much more advanced but you arent doing it for the skills; you want to do more exercise and have fun and the same time. and it reallt does tone your legs up.
