Ok so I am an ex gymnast (had to stop because of back problems) but I was always tiny and my legs were fit... Over the last 6 months I have had to calm down and not do any sports or physical activity... I never changed my eating diet so I gained about 2...

inches overall in my upper thighs... Its my inner thighs and I really want to lose that weight back and get back my toned legs... I really dont have that much fat on my body just a little bit around my hips but not much and on my inner thighs... Will running a little every day adn eating right (nutritous) and cuttin out candy and junk get me to lose that fat and tone my muscles... I really liked that body I had before... How can I get it back?? Please please please help me!!

im an ex gymnist to my feet are the same shape its been five years I work out and do a lot sprots but I dance all the time ecepalally with a lot ofleg work in dance my thighs are 5 inches mostly because of dancing
