Small firming workouts are best, crunches are tedious yet the to still work.
I actually just flex my ab muscles until I feel a good burn, then a few crunches & light massages after word, with a healthy food or snack, even power aid after a god work out.
Result may very, but this could take a good week or two before you see any results, but it is well worth the wait time. Continual exercise of these muscles are the most important means to gain and maintain a toned upper body. Rock climbing, rope climbing, and upper body activities are very good. Simple gym memberships are fine, but the easiest free way, quicker, I found is consistency, no matter what means you decide to take.
