I would say cliff note-it or go to spark notes...they are bad bad bad websites because they make you lazy but perhaps this is an emergency?

I never sat down and read it, and I regret it. There's too many pop-culture references that I fear I am missing by not having read it. Moby Di*k, on the other hand, can suck it, because no one should have to read that dribble.

In Cold Blood hasn't been read either, much to the chagrin of some.
