I really want to lose weight there isn't any one that can help me. if there is anyone that knows how to stop feeling hungry all the time, tell me please.

Not feeling hungry is impossible. Stick to eating healthy & exercising.

Haven't you seen the diet pill commercials, where they say the product *only* works with diet & exercise? If that's the case...then, no matter what you do, you must regular your diet and exercise.

Yep, not fun, not easy, and not a short cut, but the only, only proven method to lose weight. You can lose up to 2 pounds a day by eating right & doing enough exercise. That's pretty fast, 14 pounds a week

You know what you could do... is when you have the erg to eat or just have them hunger pains, just drink a full glass of water or two... Trust me it will fill your belly up fast and you wont be hungry anymore. Or you can try to get some protein powder and have two or three through out the day and one meal.. Make sure you add your vegis and fruit in there. Thats what I do!! But you have to make sure that you do some cardio or some type of exercise daily... Good luck . . . . . . .

if you want to lose weight , try jogging , swimming , etc , whatever you like to do , and cut back on fatty foods and sugar filled drinks , like soda , or go to a gym , good luck !

Well try to keep yourself busy espeically with active things, it will keep your mind off food and help you lose weight at the same time!

Do lots of exercise maybe 20-30 minutes at least . Eat less portions of your meals, Drink lots of water. If you are really hungry dont eat lots of chocolate have maybe some fruit like strawberries or an orange or an apple or drink lots of water which fills you up.
