Tight foreskin problems

The guy I'm seeing has really really tight foreskin that doesn't move or roll back... How can I please him?

Do not force to move it down but practice it as it is possible without serious pain, maybe that will help. If not, he needs a small operation on his foreskin. Tell him to deal with the problem, and see a doctor.
