Throwing up on my period

the same thing happened exactly this time last year.

and it starts out like normal cramps but then it gets worse and worse to the poin where I cant sit still because the pain is too bad. and eventually I break into a cold sweat have diarrhea soo bad...

and throw up because its so bad.

it gets so bad I wish I was dead and just want to die.

its so bad! I cant lay on the couch because its too soft so I need to be on hard flat floor and end up rolling around because I need to keep bending and I sound like im about to die. then bout 30 min later. I burst into a cold sweat again, I cant go to the bathroom again. but I need to sit on the toilet anyways because I feel like I need to but theres no way I can. and grab the bucket and barf again. walk out. and need to fall asleep in like 2 min before the cramps come back. it only works after the second time... weird...

my mum says I did the same thing last year and I kinda remember. she says shes never met anyone else get sick on there period...

but it only happens the 3rd week of august...

has anyone else gone thru this? ... I dont want the same thing to happen next year...

keep in mind, if uve read my other health questions, ull know, we dont have money to take me to the docs and learn its nothing.

its ok, your normal!!~~^^ I've seen many people like that!!~~^^ even 5 of my friends are like that, and if you get used to it. its ok. it will stop as you get older!!~~^^

that sounds pretty horrible=/ I know of people throwing up/having bad stomach problems on their period but not that bad I don't think...maybe the august thing is just a coincidence. personally, I have epilepsy and every month the week of my period enduces the most seizures, so periods suck in general.. try birth control to regulate and see if that helps?..

I cant get BC, I think me and my mumhave trust issues. and would think im having sex.
