I wrote this last night after my dad and me got into a huge fight... do you think its any good?

Like A Knife

How can you portray me like this
When your screaming as your hands ball into a fist
I know I'm not the same as I used to be

can't wait until that day I'm set free

Your words cut me like a knife
As you unleash your pain and strife
The thorn twisting in my side
As the gnashing of your words never reside

You pick me up and toss my like a stone
I wish I was never in this broken home
I still remember how it was before
But I don't know if its worth it anymore

that is really good!!! I am sorry if your home life is really like that, I will pray for you continuously

your poem really gave me an insight as to what your life is like behind closed doors.
if im right your life is not as easy as other people find theres.
writing poems is a really good way of realiving yourself from pain and other feelings that you might find hard to express.

its good ,sorry about your fight with your dad hope everything will be good between you guys,you sometimes relationships either with your parents or girlfriend are messed up with pride so even if its your dad who is wrong just try talk to him I know its difficult but you will be amazed,good luck.
