What to do about my teeth?

k so this is random but im really frustrated by it...
okay so I go to the orthodontist and they tell me two of my teeth arnt going to grow back and im a little bummed than they tell me a will have to wear a etainer with fake teeth in it =[ every body always asks what happened to my teeth and why they are so screwed up which really bothers me and than this girl was talking to my sister and said:
'yeah your sis kinda looks like you except when she smiled and I saw her teeth I was like OH MAN!'

im really mad/sad bout my teeth and I dont like to smile what do I do bout all this crap people keep giving me and the way im going to look- I mean I dont want to wear a wire retainer for the res of my highschool experiance- itz kinda gross!!! help me!!!

You just cant give a crap what people say otherwise they'll do whatever they want with you and tare you down.If someone really likes you he/she should like you for who you really are not on your looks.Tell people to f*ck off and to buy a mirror for them to stare at !! Believe me be happy with who you are and people will like you !!

I know that sucks! I am 20 years old and I still have quite a few of baby teeth.. Its a genetic thing- But im in the process of getting them fixed! Im pretty petite so my teeth dont look odd on me.. but I hate my smile..

I dont know a whole lot about retainers or braces.. I've never had them.. But teeth are pretty fixable! Dont worry! Just hang in there.. You will have good looking teeth!!

if people don't like you for who you are, then they are not your friends,
and, don't take things personally.
if you want to love life, you have to be happy with who you are, the way you look, your personality, etc.
all things happen for a reason I guess.

Okay, so I don't tell many people about this, but I am actually wearing one of those right now! It is called a 'flipper', or a 'partial', and I think I have the same problem as you... you're baby teeth fell out and there are no teeth to replace them. Mine are hereditary also and are in the place where my K-9 should be (the front of my mouth). You do have more options than what you were told though, you could get a bridge (fake tooth attatched to your surrounding 2 teeth, may cause those 2 teeth that it will be attatched to damage, could fall out eventually, $800- $1500), or a dental implant (looks just like a real tooth, they screw a post into your bone and let it heal for a few months, then put a crown on it, lasts forever and very expensive, like $2500- $5000, but well worth it!). I am going to get the implant because I feel it is a good investment, so you should probably talk to your parents about this, you are sooo young, you shouldn't have to wear partials when you are in high school! I am thankful that my baby teeth just started giving me problems when I was 20, one has fallen out from a cavity and the other is still in, but is having the same problem! Good luck!
